Welcome to our rental caravan site. We are a small family business with an assortment of 6 and 8 berth caravans sited on two popular caravan sites in Ingoldmells, Skegness.

Coral Beach

Coral Beach is a large caravan site with a total of 1300 caravans which opens from Mid March until the end of October. It is within easy walking distance of Fantasy Island and Eastgate Market. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and this site is very convenient for Butlins Holiday Camp being based just round the corner. Facilities on site are a large two storey club house with live entertainment throughout the main season including bingo every night, 2 fish and chip shops, Sealands restaurant, , amusement arcade, launderette and small minimart and Pirate Petes childrens club. This site is also ideal if you enjoy fishing. We have a total of 6 caravans available for rent on Coral.  We are also in the process of building our own fishing swim which will be available for use from next season (or later this season) with Caravan 16.

Coastfields

Coastfields is an ex-haven site just along the road from Coral Beach which opens from March 6 until the end of October. This site has an indoor heated swimming pool with flumes, childrens paddling area and Jacuzzi, a 500 seat club house with live entertainment throughout the season, including onsite childrens entertainers. Luckie the lion and other characters can be seen wandering around the site throughout the day and on stage in the evening. There is also an amusement arcade with internal cafe, a large Londis supermarket, Chinese takeaway/Chip shop, separate fish and chip shop, Ba Rumba night club, plus more. There is also an outdoor childrens play area in the centre of the site. The beach is exactly opposite the front of the site. Again, Fantasy Island and Eastgate Market are within easy walking distance from this site. We have a total of 11 caravans available for rent on Coastfields.

Both sites are on the same direct bus route into Skegness.

Duvets, pillows and protectors are provided in all vans but you do need to provide your own bed linen and towels. All caravans have been converted to digital TV as from August 2011.  All caravans have either a balcony or a closed in verandah on the lounge doors. Gold caravans include Travel cots, highchairs, irons, hairdryers plus more. These items can also be hired at a very minimal cost to go into any other van.  All bedding is included in Caravan 1a.
